Would the city perform superficial dermabrasion on this building

Robert Vargas talented artist and building tattooist.  While their may be a ten year ban on murals in the city of LosAngeles Robert Vargas wanted to bring a little bit of community as with the rest of his murals to the historic core neighborhood.  Before a decision is made that could paint over this mural come down and take a snapshot.   http://www.vargaspresents.com/home.html
