Dignified in office as well as in Downtown LosAngeles on spring st. in the historic core by world renowned portuguese street artist and building tattooist  Vhils aka Alexandre Farto.  Vhils came to prominence after carving a face into the side of a building  alongside street artist Banksy at the cans festival in London, 2008.  Vhils, a damn good artist.  http://www.alexandrefarto.com
